The Software Support Technician will be responsible for continuous communication with HR Management Systems clients and supporting them to manage the HR Management Systems, ex: recruiting new employees and managing existing employees.
The exciting and excellent opportunity for an IT Technician to work within HR Management support team in a growing software business. Joining this dedicated team providing telephone and on-site assistance to customers, dealing with various software and hardware technology issues.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide remote technical assistance to existing customers regarding bespoke business management software systems (desktop and mobile)
• Basic SQL database administration
• Provide some on-site technical assistance and training to existing customers. Desktop PC and Server installation, configuration, diagnosis as required.
• Client, server and network security management
• Multi-site LAN, WAN and VOIP configuration and support
• Provide technical support to existing customers in use of a bespoke eCommerce platform.
