IT Support Manager will be responsible for all the developing Software products, personnel, third party and freelancers.
An IT Support Manager is responsible for leading a software application development team as well as having overall responsibility for product development life cycle and product delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your experience as you implement & develop in-house infrastructure, manage and grow a team, acting as the main point of contact to senior management.
An ideal applicant would be a seasoned IT professional with a background of running IT operations and leading a team. Any industry experience can be considered, and excellent career prospects are available.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation and procurement of software / hardware for general use.
- Design, develop, and implement the appropriate IT systems and processes.
- Formulate and review IT policies and procedures.
- Effective management of departmental budget
- Manage User Support
- Manage 3rd party contract support
- Act as group advisor on all IT related matters, reporting directly to senior management
Person:
- Seasoned IT professional with experience of improving operational efficiency and systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
- A confident leader with the ability to manage, coach, train, and develop others
- Project Management knowledge and experience
- Looking for an autonomous role setting up and developing in-house IT operations
