This role will include, but is not limited to:

• Build reusable code & maintain libraries for future use.
• Work with technology stakeholders to devise solutions that will fulfil business requirements and meet organisational strategic goals.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail whilst actively contributing to agile processes.
• Foster strong working relationships with the business & technology stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Understand the limitations of our tech stack/business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
• Support the back-end development process as required.
• Help coach and mentor more junior members of the team.

Desired Experience:

• 5+ years of Commercial Frontend UI Development Experience
• Experience with React, TypeScript and JavaScript Frontend skills
• An appreciation for UX
• Experience developing with Cloud Services, preferably in AWS
• Familiarity of working automated CI/CD pipelines orchestrated using Jenkin is advantageous
• Experience of working with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a STEM focused subject
• Strong Communication Skills – Both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems and the ability to think abstractly
• A thorough approach and self-starter mindset
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Be resilient and have a flexible attitude
• A drive to work alongside other talented, passionate developers
