Customer Service Supervisor will work with client’s query, discuss pricing process and payment arrangements by handling customer orders. Always communicate with customers. Manage our online platforms. Create and continuously update our online support and reference material as the product or evolves and new features are released as well as other initiatives. Aware clients about daily special offers and keep the customers up to date with the new product or launches. Manage day to day reports. Ensure prompt resolution and thorough progress reports. Work on internal initiatives with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Infrastructure teams to assist Softme Limited to achieve its strategic goals. Have the commercial awareness, as well as knowledge of our offerings and strategic direction, to spot upsell opportunities with current clients. Customer Service Manager provide advice to existing and potential customers and receive orders for HR Management Systems and other software products.
Customer Service Manager will be responsible for all rental clients, new and possible clients, and existing customers of the HR Management Systems. He/she will be responsible for increasing the customers and giving quality services.
Customer Service Manager, welcoming customers, selling software products (ex: HR Management Systems) and services to customers and resolving complaints. He will have an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services and policies which will help develop a trusting relationship with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide remote technical assistance to existing customers regarding bespoke business management software systems (desktop and mobile)
• Basic SQL database administration
• Provide some on-site technical assistance and training to existing customers. Desktop PC and Server installation, configuration, diagnosis as required.
• Client, server and network security management
• Multi-site LAN, WAN and VOIP configuration and support
• Provide technical support to existing customers in use of a bespoke eCommerce platform.
