Sales Executives provide advice to existing and potential customers and receive orders for HR Management Systems and other software products.
Sales Executives will be responsible for all rental clients, new and possible clients, and existing customers of the HR Management Systems. He/she will be responsible for increasing the customers and giving quality services.
Sales Executives, welcoming customers, selling software products (ex: HR Management Systems) and services to customers and resolving complaints. He will have an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services and policies which will help develop a trusting relationship with customers.
Job Description:
- discusses customer requirements and advises them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold.
- quotes prices, credit details, delivery dates and payment arrangements and arranges for delivery and installation of HR Management Systems.
- makes follow up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and to obtain further orders.
- stays abreast of advances in product/field and suggests possible improvements to product or service.
- maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints.
