We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and increase brand awareness.
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies to promote the Softme HR Management System. This role involves content creation, digital marketing, campaign management, and market research to effectively engage potential customers and drive product adoption.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently studying).
Prior experience in HR software or SaaS product marketing is a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email marketing automation.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
Assist in developing marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, and website content.
Create engaging and SEO-optimized content for targeted customer segments.
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
Campaign Management & Lead Generation:
Assist in planning and running Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research to identify SMB needs and industry trends.
Provide insights on customer pain points and suggest marketing approaches.
Customer Engagement & Support:
Respond to customer inquiries on social media and email.
Track customer feedback and provide reports to the marketing team.
Marketing Operations:
Coordinate with internal and third-party design teams for promotional materials.
Maintain marketing performance analytics and provide reports for improvement.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for marketing insights.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
