Job Purpose:
The Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our HR Software Management System to SMBs. The role will involve digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, market analysis, and strategic outreach to effectively engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and third-party design teams to create marketing materials (leaflets, brochures) and update webpages for advertising purposes.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their marketing requirements, target customer segments, and key products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify the needs of SMBs without dedicated HR departments, and present actionable insights.
- Develop advertising and marketing strategies to position the HR software within the SMB market.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Produce SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
- Design email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Partner with the sales team to generate and nurture leads, supporting both new business development and client retention.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with industry associations, influencers, and relevant communities.
- Provide market feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement of the software.
- Brief advertising teams on client requirements, monitor campaign progress, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Travel to client organizations across the UK to engage in marketing and sales activities.
Target Audience:
The primary target audience consists of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) across various sectors, including:
- Owners of Asian restaurants
- Small high street retail establishments
- Small business accounting and law firms
Marketing strategies will be developed to effectively reach these audiences through targeted channels such as community TV networks, local newspapers, and other industry-specific media platforms relevant to their operations within the UK.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in advertising, digital marketing, or SaaS marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO.
- Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
