Softme Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Marketing Assistant to provide support in employee records management, marketing materials creation, and customer service tasks. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills, looking to contribute to a growing HR software company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and record management skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising materials.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Calculate HMRC PAYE and VAT payments.
    • Report upcoming or due payments to the manager.
  • Employee Records Management:
    • Track employee attendance and leave records.
    • Monitor the expiration of employee documents and coordinate renewals.
  • Marketing & Design Collaboration:
    • Work with internal and third-party teams to create promotional materials, including leaflets and brochures.
    • Update company webpages for advertising and marketing purposes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
    • Generate reports on HR and marketing activities as required.
  • Customer Complaint Handling:
    • Monitor and log customer complaints from HR Management System software users.
    • Ensure complaints are documented and escalated to the appropriate team for resolution.
